Marty Zweig is well-known to the public as a regular guest on PBS's "Wall Street Week."

Zweig is a renowned financial advisor and money manager. He was creator of two top-rated forecasting newsletters, the Zweig Forecast and the Zweig Performance Ratings Report.

Recently he discontinued both highly-regarded publicatons to focus on the $7.8 billion money management business which grew out of those newsletters.

Here's an excerpt from an interview in the April 6, 1998 issue of Forbes:

Forbes: "You're a Democrat, aren't you?"

Marty Zweig: "No! No! I'm a Libertarian! I'm a conservative in the Milton Friedman sense on economics, [but] on social matters I think the conservatives are nuts. Liberals are more in favor of freedom in the social sense, but economically they're out to lunch."
