We are pleased to announce the first Operation Politically Homeless Film Festival.
Was your OPH so incredible that you need to share it with the world? Are you the next Tarantino, Spielberg, or Coppola? Then grab your cameras, the first OPH film festival is now accepting submissions.
RULES:
You must be registered with Epic Liberty to participate.
The submission deadline is November 7, 2012.
Any submission after the deadline will not be eligible for awards or prizes.
Films must be original material, between 3 and 15 minutes in length. Suggested length is 5 to 8 minutes.
Submissions should include the filmmakers Name, Address, College or school, and any affiliated organization.
All films should feature as a primary component the holding of an Operation Politically Homeless event please include the place and date of the OPH with the entry materials.
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for consideration:
1) Entrants must currently be enrolled in a high school or post-secondary institution.
2) Entrants must hold an OPH event by October 31 2012.
3) Non-english works must have subtitles and the time of submission. Dialogue lists will not be accepted.

JUDGING:
Films will be judged based on their entertainment value, their effectiveness at promoting liberty, and their effective use of the Operation Politically Homeless Kit. Decisions of the judges are final and not subject to review.
First Prize: A Kindle Fire and a profile on the Advocates for Self Government website.
Second Prize: $50 gift card to either the iTunes Store or the Google Play Store.
Third Prize: Two Book Set: Secrets of Libertarian Persuasion and Unlocking More Secrets of Libertarian Persuasion.
There will be special prizes for films given an honorable mention.
All submissions remain the property of the filmmaker. By submitting a film to the OPH film festival you grant the Advocates for Self Government a non-exclusive license to retain an archive copy of your production for the non-profit purposes of exhibition, promotion, and education through the internet and other means of display.
