Clinton Top Pick for Yugoslav Presidency?

"A poll has been taken on who should be the next president of Yugoslavia. Fully 99% of Yugoslavians chose Bill Clinton. Why? Four reasons. 1) He drove the Albanians out of Kosovo; 2) He united all the Serbs; 3) He destroyed all the factories that were losing money; and 4) He modernized the Yugoslav army, since all of their old weapons were destroyed and will now have to be replaced."
