Tips for ordering from the Liberty Store |
| Sometimes our Liberty Store is not as
user-friendly as it should be. We're working on major improvements, but
meanwhile, we hope these instructions will be helpful. Please note that we'll be more than happy to take your order over the phone if you prefer. Call us toll-free at 800-932-1776. Your order will usually be shipped within 24 hours. Thanks so much for shopping with us! 1. When you click on a Category (i.e., books, audio tapes, etc.), you will see a list of products with a thumbnail photo and title by each. If you click on the picture or the title, you will get a larger picture and a description of the product. 2. When you click on "Add One to Basket," it may appear that nothing happens, but one has been adding to your basket. Look right above the product code, and you will see the Quantity in Basket. 3. To see what is in your basket, click on "Basket Contents" in the middle of the top bar. 4. When you've completed your shopping and are ready to purchase the items in your basket, click on "Checkout" located on the upper right of the page. 5. You will see a page that allows you to create an account or login if you already have an account. You do NOT have to have an account to order. Simply click on "Place Order Without Account." 6. This will take you to our secure server, where you will be asked for your shipping address. If your billing address is the same, you do not have to fill in the "Billing Address" information. 7. When you click "Continue," you will be asked for the "Type of Card" you'll be using. The default is "American Express." Please change this if you're using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. 8. When entering your credit card number, it is not necessary to include hyphens between numbers. 9.
