If elected governor I will grant a reprieve for all non-violent crime where restitution has been made.
The reasoning behind this effort is the argument:
"The drug laws of our state may prove to be criminal in themselves."
If elected governor it would be wrong to pardon one type of non-violent crime, in this case violations of controlled substances acts and not pardon other non-violent crime. Therefore, all non-violent crime as defined by the SC Attorney General would be granted a reprieve.

What is flatter than the flat tax?
How can we restore the freedoms seized by the intrusiveness of
the IRS?
How can we attract good jobs to open and remain in America?

War, and emergency powers, meant to be
used only during time of war or internal
rebelion, are used daily to set aside
our Constitution. Dr. Eugene Schroder
did the groundbreaking work and published it in
"Constitution: Fact or Fiction." Now his new book
"War, Central Planning and Corporations" takes up
where his first book left off.

This is a site which was developed by a woman who gains or loses nothing, by the bill. Our retirees are being hurt and punished because they came back alive. The promses made to them are not being kept, and I cry each time I walk down the streets of Seattle, and see limbless Veterans, homeless, dirty and begging.

Personal
I will be running for President in the year 2008. I am 24 years old.
This site has hundreds of links to useful sites (libertarian-related and otherwise).
I have also included my views and theories, as well as my creative output (writings, etc.)
My site is a very useful launching pad to the web, and is the current manifestation
of my long campaign for the presidency.
It also includes the home page for my business, The Future - Media Solutions.

"What Hitler did in Germany, Mussolini in Italy, Metaxas in Greece and various other dictators in other countries was merely the end result of every attempt to set up the Welfare State. It cannot work under a democratic government because it must have a dictator to enforce its harsh policies. The welfare state cannot operate without the police state." -- John T. Flynn.

Please check out the link to your site at:

If possible, I would appreciate three things: (1) your comments on
my page, and (2) a link back to Politics1 at http://www.politics1.com
... of course, you're not required to do any of these 2 -- as I already
placed the link to your site -- but I would be most appreciative for
your help.
I'm the publisher/webmaster of Politics1 -- and also a 34-year-old
trial lawyer, professional campaign consultant and collector of
political artifacts. I created this site to be a central internet
clearinghouse for anyone in any state of any political persuasion
looking for information or to get more active in politics. Hopefully,
Politics1 will educate, stimulate and encourage the citizen
participation needed to keep our electoral system vital and
responsive. Please feel free to contact me by email or
telephone (954-768-5359) with your questions, suggestions,
criticisms and comments.
