The Advocates offers many teaching tools that are wonderfully suited for classroom use. To assist you as you prepare material for your students, we have compiled this list of resources that have been most popular with teachers in the last few years.

The World's Smallest Political Quiz, is the perfect way to introduce your students to the political map.  Online and downloadable versions of The Quiz are available, in addition to several print versions.

In fact in many cases we'll even provide Quiz cards for use in classrooms at no cost to educators!


In addition to The Quiz, the Advocates is proud to offer the first in a series of interactive learning programs: Libertarianism 101.  This quick-start program will provides an effective introduction to the major concepts of libertarianism in just 20 minutes.


Students become more interested in political study when they learn of the many well-known individuals who have carried the libertarian standard - not just the Founding Fathers but popular contemporary celebrities as well. Why not use our Celebrities section to capture the imagination of your class?

Sometimes you need a quick reference that spells things out in as few words as possible. For this we offer the excellent feature, Short Answers to the Tough Questions by Dr. Mary Ruwart.

Texts and audio-visual presentations can be found in the Liberty Store, including some hard-to-find titles and out-of-print editions. A few books that are often used in classroom study include:
